For the past week every day I log in it tells me my username and password are incorrect.  I do the "Forgot my password", have the validation key sent to me, put in a new password (writing it down carefully) and the next day it tells me again that it's wrong. 

So today it does it again, but this time I'm not getting the validation key via email.  Yes, I've checked the spam and deleted folders and nothing.  I've tried a dozen times since I got up this morning.  I can't even access the EA help system without being logged on and apparently they don't post phone numbers.  When I try to create a new account it tells me that my email address is already in use.  When I try to set up a new account with a different email address it won't send me the validation email.

I've uninstalled origin, reinstalled, rebooted, followed the instructions in their help posting, and nada.

Edited to add:  I did an online chat using the new account I created and was told a reset email would be sent to me and it would take "a couple of hours" for it to appear.  A couple of hours?  Where's it coming from, Mars?  Sheesh.

Bioware, if you're reading this I've got to say, with all the problems with Origin, the crashes, disconnects, going into offline mode unexpectedly and now this, if ME4 comes out and is on Origin I'm going seriously have to think about passing on it.  I love Mass Effect, but this is absurd.

Well, 4 hours have passed with no email from Origin. Surprise, surprise. I'm shocked I tell you, shocked!

Edited to add: I requested another validation and this time got the email. 

Not sure what I'll do if this same thing happens again tomorrow.  Origin/EA seriously needs to get their act in order.
