Are new projects restricted to members with certain privileges (like beta toolset owners?)

When I tried to create a new (non-public) project I got a red box that just said 'admin panel' but it wasn't clickable.

There aren't any restrictions or permissions on being able to create a project. What values and options did you choose when creating the project?

Pretty much default everything - I'll try again.

Ok - I figured it out. There is no status message or success message - every time I submitted I created a new project - I just didn't know where to find it. Crisis averted!

Thanks for the info. Problem found, this will be fixed in the next site deploy.
