Although in the last week, I have tried Salarian Engineer + Scorpion and Human Adept + Acolyte, and I love them both so far.  One of them may make it into the top 3 eventually.

My favorite seems to change from week to week, right now I'm really digging the cerbadept with scorpion/hurricane.

I have to say though, my #1 standby class is claymore human soldier. He's not really weak against any one faction over the other and is really easy for me to play. The claymore is by far my favorite gun in MP. Whenever I can't decide exactly what to play I know I can pull this character out and have fun with it.
