Destroyer - Moves too slow
Geth Inflitrator - Hunter mode hurts my eyes. Dont like how the character operates in general. (Skipped hunter mode for my GE. Using a GPS he still one shots most mooks on gold after stripping shields with overload)
Turians (Both) - Again moving too slow, cannot roll, strengths IMO doesnt compensate the lacks.

Drell - Just suck with them
Turian Soldier - only class besides Drell I can't do well with even in silver
NovaGuard - because of that annoying orgasm sound and because they announce that their shields are down right after they use Nova (thanks Captain Obvious)

Human Adept - need some buff ... in my opinion ... or everyone will pick fury and kill everything instead of human..
Human Sentinel - prefer krogan sentinel for lift grenade and rage mode....
Turian Sentinel - i cannot use character which without combat roll effectively

Batarians, I don't understand their special powers. Not a fan of most of the sentinels, which is offset by the Turian Sentinel and Human Sentinels being my favourites.

I could start a flame war by saying Asari in general, but that wouldn't be honest of me. So I'll go with the easiest ones.
The Drell, I wish I could figure the out for gold. Maybe I need more time.

Vanguard - it just plain old sucks nuts. Not worth it out side of bronze.

Anything Turian - just cause the birds dont duck doesnt mean they cant roll....

Did I mention how crappy vanguards are?

Geth Engineer- Only has Hunter mode(which I dislike) and Overload as "Powers" so you are always forced to go VS Geth.

Turians- Sometimes, lack of roll is fatal to me.

(SOMETIMES) N7 Slayer- When teleporting on your heavy melee always be careful of your suroundings, I always teleport in some kind of enemy's nest . Oh, and because of the Stairs of some maps, because I have to get down there to take my sword to do the air roll to do the Biotic Slash, THEN i must get up there again.

Anything Vanguard, well cept for my Asari almost chargeless Vanguard.
Charge = glitch = reverse skydive up into the sky and being trolled by a day one bug.

Geth Infiltrator - hunter mode
Turian Soldier - basically all you do is strafe and shoot with no quick-exit strategy (i.e BATTLE ROLL!!). The odd proxy mine is the only flashy thing it can do. And I like my flashy things.
Krogan Sentinel - eh, I just don't get the synergy with the moves. I mean, you can do fire explosions with it right? I don't know because I don't play it often but I guess that's the idea? idk I just find it an odd class. Lift grenades and incinerate is just a strange combo.

Human Vanguard - Screen shaking to the extreme. It's an obnoxious class.

Geth Infiltrator - Hunter mode bugs my eyes out.

Salarian Engineer - I can't remember the last time I used this guy. He's a little boring for my tastes.

Vanguards - no point in using them much till they fix the glitch, which will be never.
Any of the 'mode screen' characters since those screens are so annoying, especially the Geth I & E and the Destroyer.
Either of the Vorcha classes. Suck with them.

 Salarian Engineer - Not enough firepower

Human Sentinel - Don't see the point of this character. Even with tech armor he's not that great of a tank, so he's basically a weaker version of the Asari Adept.

Krogan Sentinel - The Krogan Soldier is ten times better than him, don't see the point.

And all vanguards, since I can't host

Quarian Female Engineer- Lacks electrical power and thus ability to strip shields, which is just plain wrong for an Engineer.

Drells- Too little shields.

Human Adepts- Just don't have the right power loadout in my opinion.

The only class I don't really like to use is the Krogan Soldier, but that's mainly because the Batarian Soldier is soooooo much better.

Human adept - worst class in the game, boring to play as well.
Batarian sentinel - everyone dodges his net, at range you are lucky if you land one out of 5, and i dislike shockwave.
Vorcha soldier - whats the point of him when the vorcha sentinel does the same and has cluster grenades.

All human classes except N7.
Vanguards.
Geths, HM is eye-killer.
