I have the show damage numbers option enabled. I play as a rogue. Every now and then, when I use twin fangs or assassinate, I see 2-3 additional big numbers (not that I complain). Meaning, I sometimes will do damage of 1800, but then I''ll see other numbers like 1700, 900, 1300.

Could this be due to me using lacerate?

P.S.
Looooooove assasinate. Hex of torment + assassinate usually means enemy assassains are bntha fodder.
