The ME3 datapad is probably the worst app I've ever come across

5 hours until the fleets are ready? I'd rather pay $9 for XBOX Live then constantly monitoring this garbage.

Why are you constantly monitoring them if you know they take five hours to complete a mission?

The app has been broken for months :/ Really is quite annoying...

It would be nice to keep the 100% rating once it has been obtained.

Agreed! Ops should be completed within 20 minutes or so... an hour at least. 6 hours is so long.

It loads so damn slowly as well. I don't have Xbox LIVE Gold, so this is pretty much all I've got.

Best bet is to just quickly send off all your fleets on the 5 hour missions right before you go to bed or work or something. That is, if you're boring enough to do that. People with actual social lives be SOL.

This is sad. I was totally wanting to download this a few months ago so I could gain permanent increases to my Galactic Readiness, until I heard about how your readiness goes back down over time. Looking back, I feel ashamed to have been so willing to take part in the blatant money-grab that was Mass Effect 3.

Yep. Its worth pointing out that once you have all the upgrades, if time is a big issue, you might as well go for the 1 hour missions - the amount of readiness you gain is obviously smaller than the 5 hour ones, but its not that much less - you'll gain nearly twice as much readiness with two 1-hour missions than you will with one 5-hour mission.

The 5-hour ones were pretty clearly intended to be for players who won't get a chance to access their phone for a while.

To be honest, I'm a little surprised as to how much flak this app is getting. It's not that interesting, its rough around the edges and needs better support, but its a free app that allows you to fiddle with readiness without needing to do MP. What's the problem?

What does a free iPhone app have to do with you handing over your money?

I can't even use the Galaxy at war part of the app because it keeps telling me that I don't have an Internet connection even though I have one.
