I thought Shepard was going to be dead as well until the Breath Scene. It wouldn't be there to signify his final breath and its not James lol, Bioware is not that harsh to us.

Really I thought the false advertizements and the false sayings in the interviews showed that they can be that harsh to us

How about you give us some proof then. Show us a dead body breathing, please. Because you haven't explained that. You're falling back on a "Oh, he took so much damage, he has to be dead!" argument and you're wrong. You have no way to back up your theory and literally every shred of evidence that's NOT an assumption proves you wrong. So please, evidence. Real. Evidence. Not assumptions. Try it.

The new catalyst has shepards feelings and emotions that shepard had when he or she is alive better then this false hope crap of him or her surviving something so unbelieveable when shepard couldn't do it in me2

Bull if they wanted alot more players to believe shepard was alive we would've seen his or her face when he or she supposedly took this breath to show that he or she is alive since we don't see them it could be just another n7 down there that doesn't help anything

So you're saying that the breath scene is NOT proof that Shepard is alive, but his/her last breath? In that scene, Shepard is not shown to be breathing at all until about the last 2 seconds of that scene before going into the credits. The sudden breath Shepard takes shows that he/she is alive, NOT dead.

He survived. If he came back after the Normandy attack at the start of Me2 he can survive that.

LOL shepard doesn't live thats the thing if bioware truely wanted to shepard to live do you think that he or she would die in most of the endings do you think if they really wanted shepard to live that they would've shown more of shepard living instead of trying to tell us stuff

If this would be real life, it could be your neighbour or his grandmother. But in ME3, which is about Shepard, there is no other N7 to be shown at the very end of the game.

Also, how you imagine showing Shepard's face in a prerendered scene?

I understand perhaps you wanted a clearer scene at the end, I know I wish they had given us a reunion or at least a more solid image, but as it is, especially after EC, it is a lot easier for a lot of people to deduce, or if you prefer imagine, that Shepard is alive. 

I don't see why people imagining that their Shep lived in a high EMS destroy scenario is a problem.

I'm not going to read through this whole thing to see if this has been said but...Miranda/Cerberus rebuilt him/her you don't think Cerberus would have put in precautions in case, just in case, it happened again (getting spaced, falling to a planet). He/She already has in defibrillator who's to say he/she doesn't have bumper pads..okay that was I joke but you get what I'm saying.

The ME3 collectors edition booklet says that he is alive at the highest EMS(4000+) if you chose destroy. If that is not proof, I don't know what proof is.

Obviously fix the scene if they wanted shepard to truely live they had a chance to fix or add onto it in the extended cut but they never went for it once again showing why I think most of you are gulliable if they wanted shepard to live he or she would not die in most of the endings

If they wanted to live they wouldn't make a excuse on twitter they would've at least shown his or her face or when they took their breath or someone digging them out of the rubble which they did not do

Hah, don't know about yours but my destroy!shepard is alive and well. She recently wed Garrus and is thinking of adopting some Krogan babies. And NOTHING you say will convince me otherwise!

Yet we destroyed the cerberus base any knowledge of project lazarus is gone and miranda dies in at least half of the playthroughs so what is your point project lazarus can't be repeated again?

Not that I'm defending the quality of the ridiculous five second breath teaser in a high EMS destroy, but it still happens. Stop pretending there's nothing existing ingame to suggest Shepard lives.

I'm suggesting their is more ingame and in mass effect 2 to suggest that he or she is not alive
