I don't think this is a War Asset. It's a location on the Galaxy Map.

Maybe the mission starts on one of these ships? Meeting Aria there?

MORE WAR ASSETS... I can't wait until I see them in the final battle. Speaking of which, I can't see most of my current war assets from the main campaign in the final battle. I'm missing the Rachni, the Geth, and other important assets. Please report this bug to Bioware.

Bioware is being sexist, they're targeting only their male fanbase. Everyone knows men are obsessed with numbers because it makes them feel like they're carrying more junk than the other guy.

Where the hell did TIM get all of those ships, guns, armor, and other equipment in 6 months. They get hit bad finacially from rebuilding Shepard and making a new Normandy. Thus, there has to be some mystical store somewhere that provides these things and Aria went there for these ships.

So does this mean Aria will also have an army of Stormtroopers that yell "TAKING CASUALITES!"?

Could also be just Aria boarding the Normandy at the start of the mission. This happend also when the Genophage and War arc started with Wrex, Linron and the Admirals.

Oh of course. I meant the idea that they got these resources from nowhere. Thank god Armies R' Us is around or it wouldn't make sense.
