I thought I bought a video game. I did? Oh okay, I see; I bought a video game that tries not to be a video game. So, why couldn't we have an epic boss fight with Harbinger? It would've completed the game! Why didn't Bioware use Harbinger? He was the main antagonist FFS! He was treated worse than Bane in TDKR!

I don't even care if it would be corny, as long is it would be fun. Some nice, good, dumb fun, that's what video-games are, right? To have a good, dumb fun time and forget about the depressing reality of the real world. Or does ME3 not count because it's a hipster game? Seriously, let's have Shepard use his secret implants to turn into Optimus Prime and have a giant battle with Harbinger in space over the Citadel. It's not like Bioware care about the lore anyway. It could be like King-Kong vs. Godzilla. Or maybe have Shepard fight Harbinger on foot with his squad, utilizing the power of friendship (one of the themes of ME) and space magic to defeat him. Or turn it into a Kingdom Hearts battle!

And just to set the mood, have some epic Japanese-style music playing, like this: www.youtube.com/watch
Hell if there's one group who know how to make video games, it's the Japanese.

Come on, Bioware. Make it happen! I will forget about the endings if we get this. It would be amazing!

I would say the war assets, health kits, ammo and easter eggs were ‘too video-gamey' and yet they're still there.

Too video-gamey, yet they have an action mode: the one where you don't have the neutral option and a lot of autodialogue. That's what I play on because I'm a casual.

Where's the option for boss fights?

And who was that guy with the Ninja Blade? Bioware didn't tell me they were using Keanu Reeves as one of their main villains, that's soooooooo cool!

It's funny, because they had at least three boss battles in the same game before the last mission.

Great continuity!

They were planing a boss fight with deformed TIM. They couldn't pull it of because whatever and they decided to go saren/no boss fight style. anyway i expected to fight Harbinger, well that didn't happen.

How about just another boss fight with Kai Leng at the end?
Or perhaps TIM transforms into Kai leng, is that good enough for you?

So we after TIM gets shot Bioware pulls a Scooby-Doo on us? We unmask his corpse and it was Kai Leng all along? Then it turns into another boss fight?

ME3 is too video-gamey. All this fancy graphics, explosions and whatnot. They should just let the next story take place entirely on Twitter. Or maybe on a canvas, placed in The Louvre Museum.

No that is too much of a kids show for Mass effect.
I was thinking more, we shoot him or he shoots himself and then TIM tranforms into Kai Leng  kinda like Saren turned into the Avatar of Sovereign.

A logical explanation would be that Kai Leng is actually some annoying reaper virus that infects everything.

Wrong! All the reapers turn into food and we make a 2 metre tall sandwich from them, the boss fight is Shepard attempting to dislocate his jaw so he can eat it all in one bite.

As far as I'm concerned (good word, because I am concerned), I think provoking thoughts and "deep" endings are becoming too "video-gamey."
