OK, I have unlocked pretty much all of the bonus powers & had a useful one equipped; Dominate.
I just went and had a chat to Javik, Garrus, Liara & EDI & got Dark Channel, Proximity Mine, Stasis & Decoy.

Now none of my other previously awarded powers are available to purchase. I can't remember them all, but I definitely had the following:

Inferno Grenade, Carnage, Armour Piercing Ammo, Warp Ammo, Energy Drain, Reave, Slam & Dominate.

Now none of them are available from the Med Bay? I can't find any other way to reassign powers & the ones I've unlocked & want to use are not available in the only place I can seemingly assign them. What gives?
