Finished the game as a level 46 Adept. If I import that character for a new game I now start as a level 46 adept again?

I retain bonus powers, some money and weapons? Am I correct? The game is simply harder on this go around?

Paragon reset to 0 and Im assuming if i go paragon again - none of the dialogue options or romances i had as a first playthrough are retained? (ie its like starting from scratch with some perks?

Can my second playthrough be a Sentinel using that import - or I'm assuming that has to be a brand new fresh game as well.

Im assuming the only time I can change a class then is complete ME2  - import that character and if i want to change its class then....I can.

Confusing - but i think Im correct here. Would love confirmation. Thanks.
