As old as I need to be. Image IPB

Yeah, yeah.  Ok.  I was born in May of 1968.  I'll let you figure it out from there.

Cheers

So then since I was born in May of 1978 you are only 34. Since I am only 24.

A genuine '68? Uuuh, I see. Let's go around that corner.
Now, what sort of smokable product do you have to offer?

...also, 22, so my young and strapping body can take it.

Also,

I feel compelled to point out that almost every 14 year old and below in this thread has felt the need to state that they are more mature than their age.

Don't take it the wrong way, I find it curious. Is it the distinctly older playerbase of Mass Effect I wonder?

WTF is with all these threads? Not at all related to the game, and bound by fate to get creepy.

:blink::blink::blink::blink::blink:

Age happens.  Trust me ;)

My first games were coin operated Asteroids, Missle Command, and defender.  The original asteroids I could turn over on one quarter. When I was in high school no one used calculators because they were $80 minimum (a lot more back then).  I eventually got into programming on a commodore vic20 (cassette drive) and figured out how to redirect the graphics memory to map a running spiral of dots on a black background using loops with sine / co-sine.  It went about two pixels per second.  Also made some ungodly bad noob code for black jack and poker games.  Then studied programming for real.

When Doom came out I was amazed and hooked.  I made doom / quake / heretic levels for fun.  Now days gaming has gone way beyond what I had expected and I'm loving it, although I don't have time to make levels or play all I want.  I greatly enjoyed going through BD2 a couple times recently with my son 26.

If you don't die, you'll get old too (unless things change drastically).  And hopefully you'll still play video games or whatever replaces them.  ...priorities, right? ;)
