What?  

I had some points left over from my Dragon Age days so I said, what the heck and tired buying a pack with it (80 points so it was a vet pack).

Well the points deducted and I got...nothing.  

Awesome!  

How to fix this?  Live chat support time is 30 minutes.  

Where do you put support tickets?

That happened to me last night.  It was lagging bad and the first round of sales I didn't receive 2 PSP's till I ordered a Veterans.  Then they all came at once.  I continued to buy and ended up with 2 PSP's and 3 Veterans not delivered.  I went offline and looked in the forums for a bit.  When I went back online, after I pushed the button to enter Multiplayer, the store came up and delieverd all my packs at once.  I hope you ended up having them finally sent to you.  I haven't found the answer of who to contact yet.

The same thing happened to me this morning. I had some points left over after buying the Leviathan dlc, so I went to buy some spectre packs. The process took my points, but I did not receive my items. Instead, I was presented with an error screen that told me to contact customer support.

I closed my client and tried to access the store again, only to find that my points and items were still missing. I know some people have said that buying more packs might unlock the previous purchases, but I'm wary of dumping all of my points into the these packs and winding up without anything.
