Randoms are fine, stupid ones are not. However, one shouldn't worry about it or let a failed game or tougher game with them get to you. Play and let play, I say.

I don't mind it, thats why i don't kick them. I'd just rather give them a chance to se if they suck and if they do i'll offer help. 95% of the time they are too stubborn or cocky to want to accept it. I'd rather get a random that sucks but i can teach to be a good player over one that sucks and isnt' self aware. If i sucked at a agme i'd be fully aware that i sucked and i'd take advice. **** i still take advice from people to this day, and still get builds form other people to try. I don't know eveyrhting nor do i pretend too. I do know alot though and By passing it on we can make tehcommunity better as a whole.

And we've played together before. you know i'm actually a nice guy

Case in point i was playing i think sat night with 2 friends and 1 random ( BTE was in my agme so how could we fail???) anyway the 1st random was an N7 of 19 and did nothing as expected. after the game i sent him/her a message saying no offense but i don't think you are ready for gold. i get a reply kac that says I know with a sad face smiley. Next random a level N7 of 57 with an asari vanguard. he gets like 13k in the match. SO i send him teh same message. I get a response saying "dude just no i'm trying new classes. I have 2 ultra rare weapons and have finished it on platinum so BAZINGA!!!!!!!"

so my 1st thought is this is clearly a kid, 2nd though is why not try it on bronze?, 3rd thought is even if i'm trying somehting horrible I would never score that low as he did, 4th thought i'd never do taht in a random game with people I don't know.

anyway i reply back somehting to the effect of "being carried or farming isn't the same as being ready to play an actual gold match" I ignored teh stupid comments about having 2 URs unlocked or the fact he hans't played eveyrhting through or all teh other stuff. he replaies back "no and No"

So i sent him back another saying somehting like  i'm not trying to talk down I just think you need more practice and experiance before moving up." and didn't get a response back. I could have helped him if he wans't a cocky kid who was too ignorant to learn.

This is why randoms are bad. they don't care about ruining others games, they think they are better then they are in reality, and they don't care to learn. once the vets move on players like this will be all thats left and the success rate of gold and paltinum will be less then 1%

Exactly.  I think they happen to get carried on a Gold match once or twice, then all of a sudden they get the idea they should be playing Gold regularly.  They tend to be totally delusional about their own abilities.

I thought the fact they had "2 ultra rares" comment was hilarious and the "bazinga" comment shows that they are most likely a kid. Its like who goes hey I have a javelin 1 and scorpion 1 i'm ready for paltinum??? seriosuly? a good player can beat platinum with pretty much anyhting, and bad player can have a GI with a pirhanna and still fail.
