Well there's an Aria romance in my idea so I have your support. What did you think of the DLC idea overall?KENNY4753 wrote...

Well, don't forget plots are up for change. I mean Javik was originally going to be the Catalyst and Harbinger was the one who gave you the options to stop dark matter in the script too. Either way, this sounds really fun.mmarksp wrote...
"Aria tells you that Omega is now under a blockade from Cerberus. Since a direct attack didn’t work, Cerberus is now trying to starve Omega into submission by blockading supply ships coming in through the regular Omega relay. The level’s appearance will change to reflect this — the Afterlife has gone quiet, the music is off, the flashing lights are gone, maybe a soup kitchen has taken over the dance floor. Aria requests that you steal into the blockade and board the command ship. Take down the blockade so Omega can be resupplied.
As punishment for breaking the neutrality pact, Cerberus launches an attack against Omega. The enemy is attempting to destroy Omega’s shields, which will allow asteroids and meteors to smash into the station. You must repel the assault and ensure the shield remain operational."
Oh well seems like this is the direction they're going. We'll see how it turns out. Read the whole article for more info - http://beefjack.com/...3-script-files/

With all the talk about fans wanting her to be a squadmate/LI, she was probably rewritten. They'd have to do it anyway because of characters like Zaeed appearing differently than originally planned. While I liked the Catalyst, even I'll admit it would have been cooler to talk with Harbinger about the endings since I perceived him as the Reaper leader for most of two games now. It was like in TDKR when for half the movie you thought Bane was Ras al Gul's kid, but it turns out it was Talia(I figured she was talia once they had the romance scene due to being a big Batman fan so that wasn't a shock) but I was still like "why make Bane seem to be Ras' son when he wasn't".mmarksp wrote...

True. I was a dissapointed about the Catalyst (well also more of the ending) and it would be much cooler if they went with Harbinger. We've never had the chance to really have a conversation with Harbinger... only stuff like: "We will win, no matter what!!" "Your race is doomed. It is inevinetable".
It also seems like we're ordered by Aria to do this and this, while she's doing something else. I hope they'll make it so Aria will be either a tempoary squadmate, or at least a character who has the focus in this dlc. Like in LotSB.
A lot of focus on Liara, but also focus on the mission itself. A lot of focus on Aria and a lot of focus on Omega/mission.

I agree, and I miss Harbinger.mmarksp wrote...
Yeah the Talia thing could have been pulled off better. While we learned a lot of big things about the Reapers the God-child just wasn't that great, as Harbinger would have been. A shame Harbinger wasn't more than that. He was great in ME2.

I have changed it so that instead of regular Reaper forces attacking Omega, it is instead the Collectors being led by Harbinger.
I never get sick of watching that trailer. And since Harbinger won't actually speak or show up in Retaliation, it's likely that he'll be in some SPDLC or else why hire Herbinger's VA just for three lines? And what better DLC than Omega?mmarksp wrote...

Yeah that is what is most likely to happen I think.
I'm excited!

I love the Suicide Mission. I know it won't happen ingame, but I'd love the Suiocide Mission Theme to play while fighting the Collectors in MP. Luckily, I have my MP3 to compensate.mmarksp wrote...
That trailer is great and it really shows how BioWare can get you on your toes with just some simple lines. And yeah it wouldn't really make sense, other than to make more people play/return to multiplayer, in which I really don't think is the case.
So I hope, and I kinda expect to see more collectors, more Harbinger, more Cerberus and of course more Omega/Omega 4 relay, in this next SPDLC.
Right now I'm really looking forward to meet up with the collectors again. I will never forget the Suicide Mission and the Collector Ship. Those were some really entertaining parts of ME2.
That might be who's behind Shepard in the picture.mmarksp wrote...
http://www.el33tonli..._mass_effect_3/ - A female turian? Now that's pretty interesting.
I'm also hoping we'll see the Collectors again in SP.

I hadn't heard that. Thanks for telling me that, but I'll leave the picture up anyway since it's Omega dLC related. Makes sense since they wouldn't post a major moment in Omega like that over a month from release, but still doesn't mean it won't happen.David7204 wrote...
I didn't read all that, but Gamble specifically said that picture was NOT Omega exploding.
