rules of BSn and manifests

1) if you flame someone your manifest will be inspected for fuel to flame you with (2 people were cuaght cheating this way)

2) if you make vids someone wil check your manifest

3) if you talk crap people will chekc your manifest

4) you enter a pug, people will check your manifest
