^ You forgot to put: If you ask for a challenging opponent in a co-op game then your manifest will be checked.
Also: if you are asking for people to play with people will check your manifest.

1) if you post in the BSN, people will check your manifest

And i will add :
- If you ask any advice people will check your manifest
- If you are searching for friend people will look at your manifest
- If you make a joke people will look at your manifest.

And ultimately, if your manifest is private people will say you cheat.

Also, as a typhoon fanatic, something I noticed was...

The damage of his QMS w/ typhoon platinum solo wasn't consistent with the damage it's possible to get using his setup. I tried the exact same gear and setup, and wasn't able to do remotely close to the damage he did on a shot-by shot basis when using a typhoon X.

Link also uploaded a krogan warlord solo video showing him OHK'ing platinum level phantoms with 1 charging melee as a krogan warlord... When multiple forum users (using the same gear and equipment) found it impossible to replicate this, people figured he was modding his files.

Then there was the whole conundrum with his frame rate, after he started reducing it to below 20 in videos so the AI couldn't hit him.

Coalesced edits give the PC players more power than one could imagine.

Maybe he requested a full wipe to start over? I've heard of idiots doing that before.

Meh. Doesn't matter. At least he's removing everything he's done on the internet with that gt.

Not that it's relevant, but a VAC ban for cheating on your steam account is "red-handed' as far as I'm concerned.
