Stupid questions that need in-game answers

Please feel free to post your questions and hopefully someone will come up with an answer:
I'll start with: 1. Having explored the Hawke mansion several times, I have to wonder: Where's the toilet?
2. If Merrill came to Kirkwall with nothing, where did she get all her furniture from?
3. Does Isabela actually have a room or does she spent all her time in the Hanged Man drinking?

1) are there windows...if so you should probably use those...(that was normal at one point in history)Brodoteau wrote...
I have played a lot of DAO and DA2. And after several playthroughs, certain small details pop up that you would not think of in the first playthrough. And no, I'm not necessarily talking about plot holes or mischaracterization or anything like that.. Some of these things, I realize have devlepor reasoning for them, but I thought for fun, could someone please come up with an in-game, Thedas, explanation for these things.

2..a shop?, left by previous owner before he died? blood magic?
3) she has no problem finding a bed so probably doesn't need her own room and instead of wasting money on such things she instead saves it for her new ship...or spends it drinking

If blood magic can conjure furniture, this changes everything.... I want "Get the Tables" spell for DA3 (a table would fall from the sky and crush your opponet Wile E Coyote style)

The Amel estate has a huge cellar which goes under half of Hightown, that is why slavers liked it. I imagine kitchen and privy are on the lower levels. It also has windows
2. If Merrill came to Kirkwall with nothing, where did she get all her furniture from?
From Hawke ?
3. Does Isabela actually have a room or does she spent all her time in the Hanged Man drinking?
There are a few rooms with beds on the Hanged Man and she does mention to Hawke that she has a backroom there for a "tumble" if you romance her.
Why do people explode ?
Space magic ?

Where was the Imperial Highway planning to go with they were forced to stop at Ostagar? The area south of that is "uncharted".

2) No idea, but I would hazard a guess that it's a furnished rental space.
3) Isabela mentions having a room at the Hanged Man. If you're romancing her, you do get invited up there once, no doubt for a wholesome evening of reading the Chant of Light together.

Do they have contraception, if yes what is it, spells? potions? sheep intestines and lemons peels?
There have been herbal forms of contraception as far back as Ancient Greece, as well as the afore-mentioned condoms made from sheep intestines. But if I had to guess, mages would have magical forms of contraception. Merrill makes reference to "dirty spells" during Legacy, so it's not much of a leap.

1. The same place Bartram and/or Sandle's rooms are, where the vault the place had when you first encounter the place and the basement that it lead to. Namely I have no idea.
2. Ikea.
3. Motel 6.

I have a lot of such questions about every and each of the party members but when I come to Isabela, I always assume she does have a room in the Hanged Man... or maybe she just activates her cloacking field and sleeps in an obscure corner. Blooming Rose also comes to my mind.3. Does Isabela actually have a room or does she spent all her time in the Hanged Man drinking?
We do know that Merrill came to Kirkwall with a huge mirror. So, furniture are not a question for me. Probably Keeper Marethari gave her.2. If Merrill came to Kirkwall with nothing, where did she get all her furniture from?
Dude, don't get me started on Kirkwall's architecture! I have zillions of such questions about every single place we visited in this game. But I can't resist not dropping a random hint: Qunari compound...1. Having explored the Hawke mansion several times, I have to wonder: Where's the toilet?

The dumpsters in the alleys of Hightown, of course.
Edit: I want to know who went around doing all of those paintings of slaves in the tunnels. Was it a municipal arts grant or something?
