So yesterday at about noon I purchased a premium spectre pack in game using BioWare points, it was processing for about 10 minutes before I got an error saying "There has been an error, please contact customer support if you continue to see this message"
The 240 BioWare points were deducted from my account, but I never received the pack, I contacted live chat and they said just wait for a couple of hours. I waited, logged off and back on a few times, then contacted live chat again at around 2:00pm. I got the same story, "The purchase went through, it will just take a while to show up".
After quitting and restarting the game numerous times I contacted live chat again at about 8:00pm and guess what? They told me to wait a couple of hours. At this point I was pretty pissed off because I had purchased other packs in game using credits and bioware points and I received all of those, I kept checking to make sure I didn't receive the items without getting the pack notification, which sometimes happens, but I'm sure I haven't gotten it.
So today when I log on I STILL don't get the pack so I contact live chat and the guy says that I DID get the pack and the items are on my account. I told him that I'm sure I didn't get it because I didn't have any new weapon, character, points or equipment notifications. Then after a long pause, he tells me to wait and they will show up on my account, which I thought was weird because he JUST assured me that they were already on my account, so I called him out on it and asked if he was making stuff up. After a long pause, I asked to have the 240 points credited back to my account, because I paid real money for those points and there was an error that deducted them from my account without giving me anything, he said they don't do in game refunds, I tried to explain that it wasn't a refund but that I never received any product in the first place, so they just stole money from me, here is an except of the chat:

Isn't that great? As soon as I said it was illegal, he shut the chat down, which makes me think I should get a lawyer, I know it's stupid and for a tiny amount, but they are doing this day in and day out, and they don't give a **** about their customers and it's utter bull**** and I can't believe they can get away with it!
BioWare points debited from account but nothing received.

Yeah I just had that happen to me. Bought two PSPs and didn't receive them, but was charged for it. Gonna have to get on someone's arse about this...

I have also lost out on 2 PSP because of this bug. Does anyone know if there is a support section we can talk too?

Do you get them when you join the store later ? Meaning when you have quit multiplayer and come back later. Because that happened to me once. I had some bw points left after buying Lev DLC, and when I purchased a pack nothing happened. Just came back to the store window. But when I came back to MP later, I received the pack.

Same happens here... Usually when I bought a pack using BW points nothing would happen, then I exit the game, restart the game, and as soon as I log into multiplayer the packs are there. Yesterday (10 Sept 2012) I bought a few PSP. After redooting the game I had a new weapons, a new character, etc. But I don't know if all the packs I bought delivered. I would like to be able to see whether or not I got what I paid for before any more points go into any of the BW products.

Common problem. Hate to say it, as the phone call is not cheap everywhere, but the only way you will get anything is by telephone. Even then, you will probably be in for a fight.

The exiting the game/restarting Origin to get the purchased items doesn't work anymore, not for me at least.
During Operation Overwatch I guess, I bought 1600 BW Points, purchased 4/5 PSP and a couple of VP. I received 2 or 3.
And today the same thing, bought one PSP aware of the previous problem, but thinking maybe they've already fixed it, still nothing.

I just logged into the game to see if I have recieved my stuff yet. Not so (Big surprise, NOT!)
I've lost so many packs and stuff etc because of the network coding that I don't even bother any more. Let's just say that I wont be buying more stuff from EA. Getting ripped off by about 40 euros does that to you.
ME 1 & 2 and DA 1 was all good. The new games and the customer service makes me a bit dissapointed. Even more so now that still nothing has been done about it. Gonna log off now and uninstall Origin. Good riddance.

A bit drastic maybe, but I understand how you feel! Frustrates the hell out of me that they can just take the points and we get nothing in return (aka steal from us) and we can't do squat... Sort of over ME after this whole scenario anyway
