I originally bought DA:O Ultimate for Mac, and later bought it for PC and registered that version on BSN after unregistering for Mac.  I moved my characters from the Mac version to the PC version as well, and they all work fine on my PC game. 

When I did this, my player profiles stopped updating characters but have continued to update achievements.  So as of right now, BSN says I have 0 characters.  I've messed with every setting I can find both on BSN and locally but nothing seems to fix this.  

Any guesses?

Not a game problem. But the correct forum, the Site Help Forum, is pretty dead this time of year. You can try asking there, though, and see what happens.

Thanks. I thought it might be a game problem and not a site problem due to it happening when I switched versions of the game and that DA2 profiles seem to be fine.
