 I understand that some people may want to be sure that they complete their squad goal but why play in the most annoying way possible?

ever since the ops started I'm having issues with players going all around rambo style solo runs getting themselves killed and in the other side of the map so no one can help them. BUT what's most annoying to me about this ops is if all the team member are fallen down USE YOUR MEDIGEL!!!!! no one will raise you people.

Truly now, I try to avoid consumbols (sorry for typos english is not my native) but if we use our common sense when all players have been defeated somone will use a medigel to get up so start using your consumbols from that point! why not?!

just had a silver run as I try to master some new characthers I got and I had to use 2 ammo packs, 3 ops packs, 3 medigels and 2 cobrea missiles cause I was practicly solo vs the geth forces as my team co-players refused to use their consumbols and were laying dead around the field... even worse then that if I'm the only player standing around and I'm on the other side of the field you don't thing you should use your medigel before bleeding to death?

we all had our "just to be safe" bronze runs for the ops, on silver and upwards I expect when the time comes and a player use his consumbol everyone else will start using theirs as well.

didn't run a solo bronze for it but had few runs with a group which I did not use any consumbols so I hope I got it.

Try doing the op with a friend you trust because I don't really trust people not to use consumables.
Just in case someone used a thermal clip pack or ops pack

Oh, yea, I get frustrated when i'm the only one using medigels while the rest of my team bleeds out. Though I try to not use my consumables just in case someone in the lobby hasn't done the op

Actually, I don't see much difference from usual play... Peoples still don't have/don't use medigels when dead...

It's okay for Bronze, because it's where you should get easily your solo objective and lots of new peoples are just trying the multipayer these days (got a N7 2 Soldier last night...) so I don't expect they'll perform like someone who's got the experience of playing for a while and/or don't have that much consumable to use (or the reflex to use them before it's too late)...
But for Silver or thougher, I find it odd that there so many people unwilling to use their consumables...

However, what bother me is the community objective: last night, I played around 10 games (some wins, some wipes) but I got around 3-4 successful Escorts max... I thought EA would have upped the frequency of the escort missions for the weekend...

Few minutes before, i played the game, where in wave 10, people use medi gel.

I glad, soon operation will be over, and hope i can get recomendation pack.

As far as I know, it's a solo objective... So even if everybody else uses tons of consumables, if you don't use any yourself, you should have successfully achieved the objectives...
 
Just do it a few times, just to be sure...  EA seems to have problems with game data of some matches sometimes = After the weekend event, you sometimes need to call support to get the pack you should had...
If you do it 5 times this weekend, there's a good chance at least 1 will register and gives you your pack...

It is easy, if you play with good people.

I play random, and sometimes i got a fascinating situations like.

One player, use rocket on the third wave on bronze.

I've actually had some fun moments this op. There's gonna be so much rage come Tuesday, because so many people are gonna be like "I didn't use any consumables during one match!" Randoms who had mics didn't know that no one in the party could use consumables. People who don't visit BSN almost never know the details of these operations, because Bioware always ****s up the splash screen somehow.

Even worse for PS3 users.

Zero is right, I know my Hurricane upgrade is on the bag (after the usual review case...), but many others will RAGE

Also when playing GOLD just use an Op of survival right off the bat and tell everyone you just did it, so it becomes clear.

I have not done that yet, but I am dying to do it

can someone clarify for me please? I know that if anyone uses a consumable, that ruins the consumable goal for all players, but does that also ruin the Escort goal for that wave or that entire game?

I've already done the consumable goal on one game where there was just one other player (Dan Ichu Riu or something, I salute you) but we had no Escort missions! EVERY OTHER GAME i've played, someone used either a cobra or a medigel, so I dont know if that ruined the escorts we did in those games or not.

I got raged at for gelling when all four of us were down on wave 10 - if we'd all bled out, the mission would have failed and wouldn't have counted anyway. Best to get up and at least secure the wave 10 credits, right? Not for some people, apparently.
