I've already done the consumable goal on one game where there was just one other player (Dan Ichu Riu or something, I salute you) but we had no Escort missions! EVERY OTHER GAME i've played, someone used either a cobra or a medigel, so I dont know if that ruined the escorts we did in those games or not.

The escort goal is separate - any completed escort counts, whether consumables were used in that match or not.

I had never failed a silver game on wave 2 before this weekend sadly now I can say I have. I am sure I made a few people mad this weekend but failure before wave 10 is not acceptable to me. I even had some kid rage at me for using a missile on wave 10 escort when we were surrounded by brutes, banshees, and with ravengers off in the distance. None of the games I have played has anyone said anything before the match starts about needing the squad goal and I have asked. If ya need it speak up it isn't my concern to worry if you have done it or not.

oh this getting kinda annoying beyond any reason... just had a run on silver again with my destroyer and my team on a pizza mission wave 6 refused to use any consumable so I had to solo it the entire wave and using almost my entire consumables for it.

Let's face it if I used a consumable your ops mission failed start using consumables as well!!! it's not fun getting chain killed\\medigel on a timed mission when no one is helping

After this operation, I want to know if anyone thinking they should have not gotten Commendation pack gets one. I want to make sure only the Squar goal completers get the commendaiton pack.

I did play a few games yesterday when everyone was avoiding consumable use, but then when all four players were down, they were letting themselves bleed out... seriously, if all players are down, the "no consumables" challenge already failed, why are you also trying to make the mission itself fail! At least let's finish the damn thing and get some credits!

ok that's lame... until I got 1 team which actually doing well (sourvived 5 waves... killing anything in seconds... etc..) I get game disconnected on wave 6 :X

Hmm I got few games with (pobably) no consumables (high n7s with high weapons on bronze = easy)
But , to be sure I did 1 solo bronze (furry lvl 18), I"m bad for solo, so I took fbw/geth/bronze, I feel little embarassed for partialy camping(farming) tactic , but I did it. Solo is the best idea.

Just to be sure i soloed a bronze match with my level 20 destroyer with ppr and scorpion with crio ammo at giant. After that i've trying to play normal games without using consumables while leveling up my kroguard, but always someone would use consumables.

the worst thing is i'm not sure if i managed to achieve the squad goal...i tried to play solo bronze...until the 3rd wave when others joined. ok, it will be a suprise reward if i get that pack.

haha i must admit i got annoyed when someone medigeled but luckily my brain caught up and realised that, as you say, it's pointless to ditch the entire game now that the consumable goal is out of reach. Luckily i have no mic so i had no chance to voice my annoyance.

But last night i was on a bronze match where a high N7 character died twice and both times  medigeled within a second or two, didn;t even give any of us a chance to run up to him and revive him. Bit of a waste.

that's good to know, at least those matches weren't total waste of time.

I got raged at for gelling when all four of us were down on wave 10 - if we'd all bled out, the mission would have failed and wouldn't have counted anyway. Best to get up and at least secure the wave 10 credits, right? Not for some people, apparently.

Best post ever. Quoted for amusement. They DID rage on you for doing the right thing? Gosh, people these days.

I did bronze solo and then only played gold/platinum, so maybe I missed the good stuff on op´s weekend. ^^

Guess I failed cause I didnt see the entire squad had to avoid using consumables. They should have changed the splash screen and main post of the operation because it says INDIVIDUAL GOAL. How the hell are you supposed to guarantee someone wont use an ammo pack or ops pack. Thats ridiculous.

Ill be raging come Tuesday if I didnt get my award packs. Then wait for the next op.

I am glad it is over now. I had too many matches wipe because nobody fired a missile when it was necessary.

A certain London central hack circle was the worst: I finally fired 3 missiles to the masses of Brutes and Banshees that we couldn't get rid of.
Many objectives became time critical, too.

 Did a couple solo runs to complete the squad goal. First game was a bust because even though I kept telling myself no consumables, I popped a gel halfway through wave 10.  
Vorcha Sentinel versus Cerberus on Silver. Didn't need any gear or bonuses.
