Too much for the on board video capabilities of the laptop. 8800 Series card would be the least I would suggest for this game (Nvidia family). As for the laptop equivalent, no point unless you are replacing the laptop

The Mobile Intel® 965 Express Chipset Family are low end video cards and if you have one in your laptop then you need a new PC laptops are no good for playing games I am sorry to say.

Pumpcomp if your HP is a laptop then as above if it a PC then it should be able to have a new video card installed in Nividia is the way to go and at lest a 250meg geforce 200 series is the best way to go

So, I'm guessing there's some laptop that can play Dragon Ages? I don't really want to buy a computer in order to play it. :/

If so, give me suggestion for best laptop to buy. Thanks ^^

Buy an Xbox or PS3. It will be far cheaper than any laptop or PC that can bplay the game.

it would be cheaper to get an xbox or ps3 and DAO, than to buy a pc. A low end PC would cost u between 600 to 1100 usd and the graphics on the console would be better if u got an hdtv.

But the PC version allows mods. Get a decent desktop - most games do not run on/ support laptop graphics cards. 128MB of VRAM is very low, and Intel graphics chips aren't supported either - only Nvidia and ATI.

Intel intel intel...make a great processor but should stay away from the graphics cards, unfortunately my laptop that i have as a computer has an intel GC but luckily enough i have 256MB VRAM and can play dragon age fairly well...after increasing the system cache a whole gig and adding readyboost to an SD card xD even so it still gets a bit laggy but then again there the issue people are having with the CPU spiking up 100% through the entire time you play...your card wont play because it has 125MB of VRAM sadly thats not enough...goto canyourunit.com and select dragon age origins it will tell you if you can pass it :P

That is a link to a place I refer to as SR Labs, and it is a laughing stock of a place, wrong so often that it's a waste of time going there, and is a bad idea to recommend it. For a similar place that actually understands how multi-cored processors relate to one another (SR Labs doesn't), use the Game-o-meter at YouGamers' site.

The onboard chips included for video in bargain basement PCs cannot handle games, aren't supposed to handle games.  Yours is almost as bad as the crappy IGPs from Intel, in fact.

The Express200 dates back about four or five years, was based on the old Radeon 9600's design (2003, six years ago), and doesn't include any SM-3 pixel shader capability.  Depending in the HP system, if it's a laptop, then it's a dead end.  If it's a real desktop PC, and not a pretend version in a too-small case to add video to, you can buy a proper n600 grade Mainline Gaming card to it.

@pumpcomp. I saw the basic specs of your pc, you appear to have a pci-3 16x slot for a graphics card. is this it?

Here

You should be able to use any new pci-e card, provided that your power supply is powerful enough. I can help you pick a card or give suggestions if you can post the specs of your power supply - the main details needed are the brand, total watts and the Amps on the +12v rail (for example, my power supply is a PC Power and Cooling 750W supply with 60A on a single +12v). All of the data is on a sticker on the power supply.
