Miranda Lawson died on the collector base.
Took like 3 tries though, she's tenacious, I'll give you that.
I got her to die on my first playthrough oddly enough.

Miranda is awesome and we need more of her.
And she was always likeable. People just weren't confident enough to take her as she is.
Not really. She chucked a hissy fit when I (quite rightly) agreed with jack over her and refused to talk to me for the rest of the game. I don't see anything particularly likeable there.

That's because you're a bad man who does bad things, and you don't deserve to speak to her.

You missed the context of the entire mission. Which once again shows how reactionary this site is. That base had not been reporting to TIM for many years. What happened to Jack was not Cerberus. It was a rogue facility.
And it was started before Miranda was anywhere in Cerberus. So she couldn't know.
And she expresses regret over it. I guess you missed that too.

I guess the first impression of a person is the most important one. And in ME2 they introduced her as arrogant bi***, who would f'*** with every man she can get. So this is the picture that comes to my head, when I see her.

No. Bad comparison and statements. One of which is a ridiculously conservative viewpoint.
Isabela is openly expressive, Miranda is not.

Yeah you keep thinking that it's obvious TIM was behind it why else attack Grissom academy and only kidnap the powerful or intelligent students TIM would be upset about something they did and i doubt it had anything to do with the Hell they put Jack Through still Miranda needed to man up then and say she was wrong not when TIM tries to kill ShepardTaboo-XX wrote...

Strawman argument.
He was well aware of Grissom Academy because it takes special cases. Everyone knows that. He knows about Jack.
Even TIM states that he didn't agree with what was going on at the Pragia facility. Look at the email he sends.
No one is right or wrong in the argument. That's why it's best to resolve it with a Paragon or Renegade check.

Miranda: Shepard, the second team is going to need a leader..
Shepard: You're absolutely right, Miranda.
Miranda:
Shepard: They'll have to be smart....Fearless...Charismatic. A born leader! Practically genetically perfect in every way. They'll need grace under fire and a voice of authority! Experience! The total package.
Miranda:
Shepard: Garrus, you've got team two! OKAY, BREAK! LET'S DO THIS PEOPLE!!
Garrus: LOL!
Miranda: D:

Yet another strawman argument. That has nothing to do with what we're talking about. Stop being fallacious and debate me.
But yes, Miranda does come to realize just how far TIM has gone and quits Cerberus. This should be pretty common knowledge.

Miranda is a Cerberus cheerleader *hiccup* bosh'tet
Just kidding, she is a great character and loyal to boot. Shoulda been a squaddie in ME3, and was one of the best additions of 2. On my main I always take her and Tali to kill the proto reaper, Tali b/c LI, and Miranda because her resignation is awesome.

I don't think you're going to the debate you so crave, Taboo.
I think the run-on incoherent gibberish is dead giveaway.

She does her job and acts with professional detachment for the rest of the mission. Her personal dislike of you never infringes on the mission. She doesn't mutiny or sabotage your plans and she still supports you against the Illusive Man should you choose to destroy the base. What more can you expect?Cobalt2113 wrote...
