I think I've seen this around but can' find a solution. Upon importing a blood mage character to Awakening from DAO, spells now do next to nothing. After some testing, I was casting spells with a brand new character for expected values (38-40 for the spells used for testing) while my import character was casting the same spells for 17-18 health.

Any solutions to this issue?

Are the spellpowers of each character same (or about identical)?

Exact same. Fatigue calculations show up correctly when you hover the mouse over an ability, but the amount subtracted from health upon casting is up to 70% less than what it should be. Not game breaking, obviously, but certainly makes things waaaay too easy since I don't have to manage health. Anybody else run into this? Seems to only happen with an imported warden from DAO.

I checked my blood mage in awakening and it seems what you mentioned is happening here as well. The HP cost is reduced to somewhere between 60 & 70%, instead of a maximum of 40%. Well, may be a bug of some sort.

Well, will just have to run around super OP then b/c chances of Bioware fixing it this late after release are 0. Doesn't break the storyline at all, just makes it ridiculously easy, even on Nightmare. Oh well.
