Just for pure fun. If the campanions form DA:O and DA][ got into a fight to the death, who would win? Please note that It is companions only, Hawke and the Warden are not allowed to paticipate. All possible campions form each game is availiable to participate which makes it an even 10 v 10. That makes the teams:

Origins:
Morrigan
Leliana
Alistair
Dog
Oghren
Loghain
Shale
Sten
Zevran
Wynne

DA][:
Bethany
Carver
Anders
Avaline
Isabella
Varric
Sebastian
Merrill
Fenris
Tallis

My initial thought was that team Origins would win because of the juggernaut that is Shale but team DA][ has an extra mage. Also note that even if Anders is defeated, team Origins still has to deal with the spirit Justice. I think it comes out to a pretty even battle. Have fun!

DAA Talent trees would win against DAO and DA2 together. They were very OP.

If Bioware didn't scrap the Exalted March expansion for DA][ I would have added the expansion characters to there respective teams. But since DA][ doesn't have that expansion, Team Origins would have a pretty unfair advantage. So I didn't add the Awakening companions to Team Origins

Dog trumps them all. (The actual companion, not that weird thing you get in DA2)

You merged the DA2 DLC's but not the DAO ones? If you treat them evenly, DAo would not only get the Awakening crew (who are awesome) but also Finn, Ariane, Sketch, Tug, Silas, Jerrik Dace and Snug. Sigrun alone gives DAO the Edge.

I didn't add any expansion companions. I consider Awakening, Which Hunt and Golems of Amgarrak seperate campaigns from Origins because you had to start a new game and import or create a new character. Mark of the Assassin was an add-on that you could access through your DA][ campaign. And Leliana's Song companions I don't even consider becasue they were not the Warden's companions. So I did treat them evenly. At least in my mind I did.

DA:O's companions would probably win in a battle. Sten and Shale alone could probably take half of the DA2 team.

Although DA2 does have Varric. His specialization tree is OP and he would totally be team DA2's mvp. I still think DA:O team would roll over them though.

The DA2 characters are limited to one type of weapon type, so thats a huge disadvantage. The DA:O characters can equip better armour as well. Another point to the DA:O bunch. Leliana in a full plate, pummelig isabela with arrows, and then switching to dual swords when Isabela, wearing a shirt and a thong, gets up close...Pretty sure Isabela would get perforated.

DA 2 has Aveline, Varric and Merrill but overall the DA O guys would properly win.

Team DA2 because Team DAO would be constantly slowly shifting and maneuvering into position as they tried to get a single blow in... xDDD
