Hello everyone, whenever I start up mass effect 3 it connects to the EA server ok but then says to redeem/purchase the online pass but when I do so it only says that one is needed to access online portions of the game.  I have repaired installation (failed) and tried tethering with my ipad to access it (works) but I would like to find a more permanent solution that does allow for multi-player.

Me too. No solution for me yet: EA help are being less than... helpful.

To summarise: it's an old issue that Bioware/EA have been aware of a long time and have failed to resolve in any real way. Got to love DRM: ruining the lives of legitimate players everywhere.

EDIT:

I still can't play. Can you let me know how you went with EA Help? I've been waiting since yesterday for a response, but I don't hold out much hope.
