Ive been playing around with some roleplaying concepts to make my next playthrough a bit more interesting. Below is one of the better ideas i think i came up with. Apologies if it seems a bit thrown together as im not all that good at wording my thoughts lol. Any feedback is welcome & appeciated.
Backstory
Vladimira was born in the Tevinter imperium, where both her parents were highly respected and feared magisters. Her parents were both killed by a joint Templar/Cousland force near Amaranthine while trying to set up an elven slave trading operation (possibly with the Howes). Vladimira who was still an infant at the time had been brought along on the trip and was discovered during the raid by Bryce Cousland. After a heated arguement with the Templar Knight-Commander Bryce was allowed to adopt the child under the condition that he'd bring her to The Circle if she began to display magic.
Vladimira did begin to display magic at an early age, Bryce secretly hired an apostate to tutor her so she could learn to hide her magic from The Templars. When she was old enough she was told her of the fate of her parents and how she was adopted into the Couslands. Though she loves her adopted family (to an extent), her views/beliefs are quite different and very Tevinter like. She has thoroughly stuided her homeland of Tevinter and secretly blood magic to a degree. At the time origins begins she is contemplating a return to her homeland of Tevinter due to the pending Blight in Ferelden.
Personality
Her overall personality is very much akin to those of Magisters Lords of Tevinter. She is an arrogant, cold and caculating person who will sacrifice almost anyone in her quest for more power & knowledge. She despises not only Templars but other Mages who allow themselves to controlled by The Circle.
Outlook
Story
She is defenitley going to be ruthless in her quest for vengence against those who slaughtered her family. She'll likely Kill Wynne, Irving and Greagoir at the circle, side with the werewolves and slaughter the dalish, crown Behlen king of orzammar and let jowan preform blood magic to enter the fade and make a deal with connors demon. Lohgain will also be personally executed as he was closely assciated with The Howes. She'll manipulate Alistair into becoming King and marrying her so she can become queen. In Awakening Nathaniel will be excuted for the crimes of the rest of his family. The Architect will be aloud to live in a rare act of mercy and Amaranthine will be sacrificed so that Vigils keep can be defened.
Skills/Stats
Her Specializations will be Blood Mage (Level 7), Arcane Warrior (Level 14) and Battle Mage (Awakening) and skill tree wise i plan to primaly focus on the spirit and primal magic skill trees. Statwise i'll focus heavly on magic and constitution with a bit of willpower.

I'm a little surprised that a child raised in Ferelden, by Fereldans, from infancy would consider herself Tevinter.
If it were me, I would make her 13-14 years old when her parents are killed; she's already a mage but is caught unawares and is smart enough to not use any magic. There's no evidence that she's a mage, and Bryce argues that she's too young to have gone against her parents, and it's his duty now to see that she's provided for.
She may not then grieve the loss of the Couslands, but will perhaps go after Howe because he robbed her of her just vengeance. Let Caladrius go, naturally. Loghain has to die to keep Alistair happy, and Alistair is her ticket to the throne.
If I wanted to hurt him, I'd conscript Nathaniel to keep him around and taunt him about what a monster his father had become and what a fool he was, but execution is the simpler and safer option.

I like the idea of her being a teenager when her parents are killed and tricking the Templars and even Bryce into thinking shes not a mage. As i said i think she would love (or maybe just like) the Couslands to an extent, but still placing her own well being above all. Her hatred for the Howes will stem back to her parents dealings with their family which leads to their eventually death due to the Howes getting sloppy or even worse setting her parents up to deflect blame from their self.
She'll definitely let Caladrius go after he supplements her blood magic a bit. Lohgain will die not only to keep Alistair happy, but also due to his alliance with The Howes. Her becoming Queen will will be the first step in setting up a Magocracy in Ferelden
.
Tormenting Nathaniel would definitely be fun, but under the circumstances i think death would be the more satisfying option.
Thanks for the excellent feedback its really helped me flesh out my vision
.
Edit -
For my main party i'm thinking of running with Morrigan (fellow apostate), Sten (due to his hatred for Tevinter & all mages in general) & Shale or Zevran (depending on the quest). For awakening im thinking Anders(Arcane Warriror), Velanna (Healer) and Sigrun (just cause i like her lol)

Oh! I didn't understand what the Howes' crime was; I thought it was the attack on Highever. Got it now, that makes sense.
