Not getting weapon upgrades...

Hey guys,
I don't know if anyone else is having this problem but I am not getting weapon mods when I " pick them up". Usually like with the armor and new weapons the little notification window pops up saying "new armor unlocked" or "weapon unlocked" this does no happen when I pick up weapon mods. After if I go to a weapons bench nothing is there. I don't know if anyone else is having this problem but any help would be great.

Its rather annoying, and I would really rather not have to buy every mod in the game if I want to use them instead of just picking them up for free.

Yes, this is something that started happening with the last patch.

You can try some of the suggestions in the thread here.

I'm not aware of any real solution to the issue, so if those don't help, you'll probably have to just skip those mods (or wait for the next patch and hope that it fixes this).
