I had a Black Widow Sniper rifle that was at least to my memory a lvl 3. Now it no longer exist i my inventory, nor does it even show in my multiplayer manifest on my board profile. I know that someone could easily say that perhaps im mistaken that the it was the regular Widow sniper rifle i was using. Well I know the difference because i distincly remember having the ability to do 3 shots vs 1 shot before reloading the clip.
Im very dissapointed with EA/Bioware technical support service.
If you try to contact EA and report an issue, they reffer you to Bioware, citing that anything relating to missing in-game items is a server issues and something that they have no control over.
You follow thier suggestion and go to the socialboards and guess what, there is no actual Bioware representative/moderator that can address your issues. Its right there on the 1st page "for fans to help other fans"
So why the hell would EA tell us to go here, why isnt there any actual support connection to Bioware.
I used to complain about Blizzard but at least they have moderators  actually will address your issues.
This is really annoying and really poor customer support with such a popular game.
