I installed a new hard drive and when I went to start Dragon Age II it says that it can't activate the game because the product code has already been used. I just want to start the game again and I can't because of this glitch.

See the bottom of the page under "Help". Go to EA Tech Support (I know the link says "BioWare", but it's really EA.) Explain the issue to the Tech Rep. They should be able to get you going again...
