Kai Leng needs needs a new character design that has the Bane Trench coat, an awesome voice then make an awesome op group that are loyal to him.

DKR was awesome, but I could not take Bane seriously
Squeaky voice: I am gotham's reckoning.

I loved Banes voice personly, it gave me chills. Though I can see why some people find it funny.

Kai Leng having his own squad would be interesting but it seems like to me that Leng is more of a lone wolf and not really a team player. He seems like someone who will only work with someone else if it furthers his objectives and not because of friendship and loyalty. Mind you, I have not read the books involving him so my opinion could be a bit wrong.

Same. It was better than that Mexican voice he had in the Arkham Games and the Schumacher film.

What if Kai Leng wasn't made into a laughable antagonist?

-Shepard in the Normandy Cargo area with two masked prisoners, Javik, and Mordin-

-Javik begins to strangle one of the prisoners on Shepard's signal-

Shepard: Tell me about Kai Leng! Why does he wear the visor? A lot of loyalty, for a hired merc!

Kai Leng: Or perhaps he's wondering why a Prothean would kill a man before throwing him out of an airlock.

Shepard: Atleast you can talk. Who are you?

Kai Leng: It doesn't matter who we are. What matters is our plan.

Kai Leng: No one cared who I was until I put on a visor.

Shepard: If I pull that off, will you die?

Kai Leng: It would be extremely painful.

Shepard: You're a tough guy.

Kai Leng: For you.

Shepard: Was getting caught part of your plan?

Kai Leng: Of course!

Kai Leng: Dr. Solus refused our offer over yours. We had to find out what he told you.

Mordin: Nothing. Didn't say anything!

Shepard: Well, congradulations. You got yourself caught. Now what's the next step of your master plan?

Kai Leng: Crashing this frigate... WITH NO SURVIVORS!

-Kai Leng's theme loudens as Cerberus fighters blow off the engine turbines of the Normandy. The hull of the engine room is ruptured and the Normandy begins to shake violently. Kai Leng grabs onto one of the generators for leverage.-

I love that one.

He is cunning because of the cerealgate, some might say like a fox.

And he does hound shepard....

Let's call the group hound fox and have them as an ex-special forces, with their own unique characteristics and boss battles. Maybe they could be named after animals.

The months leading to ME3's releas, after reading over Kai Leng in some articles of the game, it sounded like he was going to kick the ever living **** out of you and that a fight with him really was going to be a challenge.

Hell, from one of the concept art, I thought a level was going to be the Normandy was docked on a planet and Kai Leng and an elite group of Cerberus was  going to break into the Normandy trying to assassinate Shepard or try to kill off some of your crew.

No, but all I got was "haha too slow, you suck shepard get owned, even though i ran from you twice lollolol"

I read Deception before the game came out but dismissed it as Dietz being unfamiliar with the earlier works. Figured the rest of the writing staff paid a bit more attention, apparently they paid attention to the wrong book.

I didn't read it just because Dietz wrote it. I ****ing hated Halo The Flood. Worst Halo book I've ever read.

I didn't actually know at the time. At the time I just heard a lot of people didn't like it, I didn't know why, then I looked at the author and realized that the book must be terrible.
Seriously Halo the Flood was so boring, there was no detail, it just felt like I was reading a strategy guide on what occured in the game. Dietz literally put 0 of his own storytelling and perspective into it, maybe for the best. Considering what he did to Deception .
