Grunt has the best Quality Traits from the most Feared Krogans in the Galaxy. Grunt DLC would be sweet cause I want to see Grunt to have a "new" ability of body-slamming a Rachni and throwing it off the cliff

Biotic krogan are only biotics through dangerous implants, like Wrex. Since Okeer was creating a pure krogan, and krogan aren't naturally biotic, he most likely created Grunt to have all the best qualities natural to krogan - strength, toughness, regeneration, and the blood rage.

The term "pure krogan" has nothing to do with biotics. It's about his nature and biological impulses, and the ability to mentally cope with what "being a krogan" is all about without much of outside influence normal krogans get while they grow up.

That's why he is the "ultimate insult to the genophage". Not because he is strong and has perfect genes or what not. It's because he proves a krogan can be created, while others would have to learn what being krogan is.
(Note: so did Grunt but to a lesser extent)

Instead of raising a Krogan, you can simply create one. 

This is also a reason why traditionalists didn't like him.

Let me draw you a parallel. In human society, you are not born as a man or woman. You become a man or a woman throughout your uprising (this is called gender, different than sex). Man/ Woman is here a classification of social roles, behaviours and expectations.

Now imagine if someone created and adult male clone. This male clone would not be considered a man (gender, not sex) because he lacks the outside sources and structures that would help him understand what being a man is. Nor would he know how to "act like a man". But lets say that during his incubation he was bombarded with information that would help him understand, so when he wakes up, he can "behave like a man".

That's Grunt, and that's why he is perfect, while others were not.
