I completed singleplayer once before moving onto multiplayer. Frankly speaking, the ending sucked so hard for me personally that I have not got any motivation to restart my single player campaign again other than once to get the 4 endings with extra scenes when extended cut was released.

Nope, multiplayer exists solely for me as a means to farm credits to unlock more guns until I have maxed my manifest, which then will be a bi-weekly affair for operations, seeing that most of my regular gaming friends have left this game and move on onto other games.

Simply to me, it's all about the credits.

I am all for farming platinum for credits and if you are N719, you really shouldn't be farming platinum atm.
Sorry didn't read the question properly as it has stated gold difficulty only, but if it's gold only, I'll not have kicked either because the one who carried the team has bragging rights whereas for gold the ranking doesn't really matters as I played gold as lvl 1 when I promoted my characters and therefore doesn't justisfied the kick. I'll probably just leave the game if anything as I can easily host another gold match.

I usually do fight to extract, but stop using any consumable after wave10 objective is done, unless someone wants to level up or just want to finish a nice show
