Is there anyone here that know's a thing or two about Canon printers?

If so, maybe you can help me out on an issue I'm having. I'm getting Error E03, a paper jam. Thing is, there's no paper jam. There's not even a hint of a paper jam. I opened up the top part of the printer and everything seemed to be normal. I've tried restarting it 5 times in 30 second intervals. I'm stumped here. I tried looking it up but I haven't found anything useful. The manuel just tells me to look for a paper jam. Customer service is closed for the night and I gotta print this essay off for tomorrow. Any help would be extremely appriciated.
