Bioware is not a small game company without money so there is no excuse saying the game was rushed.
We call that "excuse" EA, publishers that own the company decide when and where to release the game. Despite what the lovely people at a game company say, publishers do set demands that have to be met. Hence why people are flocking to indie developers or developers like Valve: They focus on the customer because the customer is their business. Big-time Publishers are interested in one thing: Money.
