At what point does leliana's main quest come into play? I heard something about an assassin.. I have her in my party at all times and my approval is very high so do i have to hope it comes up this playthrough or can I hasten it along with a few choice answers?

(If  so what do I say to make it hurry along..If didnt even come up during my last playthought and she was maxed out)

Do you mean her personal quest? If so, you have to get her approval up to... About Warm or so (30ish, I think?) and then talk to her about minstrels being spies in Orlais. After talking to her about that, leave camp and come back. You should automatically get another conversation with her upon re-entry.

After that, take Leliana with you next time you leave camp to go to a new area. You should run into an encounter with assassins. Fight them and you'll be on your way for Leliana's personal quest.

Something to note: If you raise her approval up too high too fast, the dialogue option about minstrels being spies goes away; that's probably how you missed it before. If you have the PC version, the most recent patch fixes this issue. If you have a console version, you'll just have to make sure you don't raise her approval too fast.

Thank you. So many people had trouble with images and links, I figured I should try to aid the problem. If you're a Leliana fan (I see from your YouTube videos with the dual Ogre killing that you've romanced her at least one), you might like my other blog entries - Leliana-focused art with short stories.



So I don't derail the topic... OP, what conversations have you had with Leliana thus far, and about where is her approval at? As I said before, unpatched the window of opportunity is a tad small for her quest.

I think I got her quest at 60-ish "interested" last time. I just about remembered to do it before she went "friendly"..... poor girl I dump her every time in favor of one of the boys, I should really end at least one game with her.

My other games skipped her quest whenever she turned friendly, but my game was not patched until tonight (I really hope I wont be mad at myself for patching it).
