It's usually one week.

Ouuh, that's well handy because a friend and I certainly did pull it off (a few times in fact to make sure) but no pack has turned up for either of us. Yay for simple review ticket link things

The clock up top says 128 hours remaining. Chris Informed us they had been released 30 minutes ago.
128 / 24 = 5 1/3 days.
Where does "You may claim it in game for up to one week" take effect?

The penalty seems to be related to whatever we failed at.  So my guess is that next operation, things like escort and hack will take longer than usual.

Damn, surprised with that. I actually encountered escort missions on every game I played over the weekend, all successful. Oh well, better luck next time.

this is bogus i did the mission and didn't use a single thing and i haven't got my pack... really bioware... i'm done with this game.....ridiculous

Every game I did play during this event, only had escort objectives.
I really mean it, 3 escorts per game.

I know for a fact I completed the squad goal multiple times and no pack. My game is properly registered. What now?

I played all weekend. Must've had at least a dozen escort missions. Is there some criteria for mission success that I'm missing here?

Chris, everyone on EA/ Bioware have been nothing but helpful toward getting us the Operation Packs. But could you shed any light as to why some of us (like myself) never get them automatically? And is there something on our end we can do? Thank you!

I did squad goal and this is first time I have not received the pack.

Bioware FAILED by setting up a weekend that relied on chance, and then FAILED to give out commendation packs to those of us who accomplished the squad bonus. FAILEDxAMILLION.

 Didn't even bother with either challenge (especially the squad goal since it would be impossible to do with randoms).

This failure is on ME3 MP team account. I played many matches during the weekend and not all of them had Scort missions. Bad operation programming should not penalize the players.
