Sorry for the x-post, but I think my blood pressure has gone up 20 points due to this.

I still haven't got my pack, and the 'Commendation Pack Help' link states that I have not been awared a pack either.

This is the first time I have not received my pack throughout the entire history of PS3 operations.

Thanks for any help.

SO damn aggravated right about now.

Would like an actual form to fill out to a unique e-mail address - so I could specify the dates/times I did the objective - instead of an auto-send with the click of a button.

Now I have to wait up to 48 hours for a 50/50 response.

BioWare - please don't screw me. Just pull my damn stats, it is obvious I did the no-consumable objective multiple times.

Because my partner and I also didn't get it and I know for a fact I did NOT use survival packs, medigels, missiles, or thermal clip packs and am pretty sure she didn't either. I made it a point to not even touch the D-Pad during my no-consumable missions.

As long as you didn't actually use a medi-gel, then there's no reason you shouldn't get your pack either.

Me nor none of my friends got it. We did it separately, together, and several times...

I really hope this gets sorted out, I haven't missed one yet, and it really wouldn't be fair to miss out on it for no reason...

I'm reading that there was a clarification (I think on Reddit) that it had to be the entire squad who didn't use anything. I'll try to find a link.

There was, and it's in the original thread as the only other post made by Chris Priestly pre-completion, and I as well as everybody else that I know was aware of that being the objective.

Failures are almost better than successes. They tend to change up the gameplay in interesting ways.

Please fix the system that awards Commendation Packs, though. I have been denied again.

I don't think it was rigged. I got an unusually large number of escort missions, so your brains are probably seeing patterns where there aren't any. I expect it was designed to fail, and server issues did not help.

If I don't get it, I'll be done with the MP I'm pretty much done with it anyway. I pre-ordered BL2 anyway I'm sure that will make up most of my MP times anyway.

ANYWAY...

But no, seriously - I've pre-ordered/been anticipating BL2 for months, but the rumoured new DLC for ME3 had given me a personal comfort in knowing that I'd be concurrectly playing both games to the max.  If I and all of the other folks (a hell of a lot this time) miss out on our packs then I am going to be taking an extended break - which is something I never expected to say.

I know it's 'just' a pack, but, it's not like the N7 Promo weapons are available otherwise.

Give us our packs, with compensation for the problem as well!

It was dumb goal anyway, You can never be sure if some **** didn't use a consumable. It's not like MP is geared toward solo play, Although I could have done bronze solo but that's not that it's about.

There wasn't a single person on your friends list who could have helped you complete the squad goal? If there wasn't there was always the threads made on these forums with several pages of people saying they would help people get thier squad goal done.

I know it said 'Squad Goal', but it generally does seem to regardless of whether the requirement is personal or squad based.

Blah, I didn't bother soloing anything as I thought my gold without consumables was enough :/ Bummer... First pack I've missed. x_x

I call rigged.... I saw far fewer drone escort missions than we usually do.

Anyone who believes a RNG is truly 'Random' needs to get their head examined.

They skewed the objective tables, seems cut and dried to me.

Oh, the entire squad had to not use consumables?
Unfortunately, I played with randoms the few times I tried the squad goal, so I have no way of knowing if anyone else used any or not. Oh well.

this is such a load of bull**** from BW again. there was no clarification that the squad has to make it as a whole to wave 10 and through it without consumables. They were giving us the impression that it is enough that we get there, not the whole squad, FU BW.... big smelly FU!

The specifications even on the blog made no mention that it has to be the whole squad, instead it mentions the goal just like before when it was enough for an individual to do it... Double Big smelly FU from BW, thanx for that.

Edit: i made a support ticket asking for a comm pack based on the poor information given by BW, containing 2 key pieces of information; BW's announcement both on forums and blog was lacking information "despite them saying no special circumstances(yeah right)" which i went into more detail on the ticket. And the fact that so many were left without the packs due to not enough info.

I will keep you posted if i get one or not.

Also Mr. priestly should have added the clarification to the first post.

There was. Your post is invalid.

Also people: You notice Ops Packs by glowing people who survive longer than they should, Med-gel by people coming back to life without a note in the kill-feed (or anyone near to revive them), the Cobra is obvious. The hardest would be Thermal Clip...Well, it has a little animation of dropping a clip, but other than that, you'd only notice on a grenade class when somebody spams 20 in a row or something...

I knew from the beginning that the achievement was for the whole team.. if it was for yourself alone it would have been too easy honestly..
All I had to do was playing bronze games with high N7 people who knew what they were doing to get mine..

Ah, great. I just found out that in order to get the commendation pack, the entire team had to go through ten rounds without using consumables. I only played two matches last weekend, the first of which I joined late, and I don't know if anyone else used consumables during those matches.

You will get it, don't worry.

I have NEVER received my commendation packs directly in game even if I qualified for them in every operation so far. I always had to go through Origin Help, Live Chat to receive them. Now with the link on top of BSN, I receive them less than 24 hrs after my review ticket is created (for the latest 2 Operations) and I don't need the Live Chat anymore.

I'm on PC and I really can't say why on earth it says "your account was not granted a commendation pack" after every Operation result since I do qualify to receive them and my Game Feedback is always ON.

not sure if moron or not. There wasnt info on it at the actual first post, not atleast when i read it about 10 hours prior to mission start, if there was info on it, it was landslided in between comments, also no info on the blog either.

I didn't get mine either but I'm over it!! Not going to bother with the help desk as its more frustrating than not. It does appear as though I'm not the only one though.

Well, to give EA/BW credit, I decided to visit the Origin Help Chat and an extremely nice rep unlocked my Commendation Pack for me in 30 seconds and also offered me a nice discount code for my next Origin purchase while she waited for me to boot the game and confirm the pack was there.

So that makes me very happy. Especially since I just got ME3 for my brand new AlienWare rig, and will have to buy some things via Origin anyways! I just hated the idea of not receiving my pack initially and the 'Comendation Pack Help' link saying that a pack wasn't granted to me, like I didn't go out of my way to earn it in the first place.
