There was no way of knowing if you completed the squad goal if you did multiplayer. Eventually I just solo'ed one to make sure.

There really needs to a a progress indicator

Well I haven't been back on the game yet to check but the Commendation Pack Help link says I wasn't awarded a Commendation Pack.

I deliberately played with three friends I trusted, TWICE, so that we could complete this goal. None of us even used consumables during Wave 11. Either there's technical error here or I need to talk to my friends about what they understand by the term 'consumable'.

Review Ticket sent.

Update: Is it possible that, after completing the squad goal successfully, going and playing a second game with the same party and using consumables in that second game could invalidate the success in the first game? Don't worry, we always told each other when we'd used a consumable so it wasn't a covert uasge whatsoever.

Update: One of the guys I played with online got his so maybe it just won't update until I actually load up the game again? Will have to see tonight.

I'm stuck.
I didn't receive a Commendation Pack, and I definitely did two consumable-free missions: one on my own, and one with a friend.

When I go to the Commendation Pack Help page to check, it says:
This Origin account does not have an associated, active, Mass Effect 3 account. Please visit the account help page for further assistance.

When I got to the account help page, it says that I need to have an associated account to post in the forums and view my stats/manifest - and I can access all of those.

When I go to Bioware Game Support and read the article on Operation Vigilance, it sends me back to the Commendation Pack Help page.

And when I try to use the Email Us page, it says "Unable to redirect to required source." when I put in my username and password.

I'm honestly out of ideas, which is why I'm posting about it here - I really don't know what else to do about it.

BeriAlpha, sounds like you should try out the ea/origin live support chat if there's some trouble with linking your EA/Origin/BW accounts. Haven't tried it myself but others have used it and praised it.

I only played 1 (!) match during the operation (with random people) and guess I was lucky, just got my commendation pack!

I stopped playing 2 months ago. I did not get my hard-fought commendation packs TWICE in a row. I say screw you right back, Bioware. Yes multiplayer is a free extension of a fun game. But the least Bioware can do is get these packs right for those same players they want to see keep on playing this. I had good times with this beauty but if the loot does not justify the grind, then why bother?

...okay. I come on after being offline since the weekend event, and no commendation pack.

I swear to god if someone tells me that it needed to be completed w/ 4 players I will rage. I know for a fact that I succeeded it w/ a friend of mine.

I can confirm that you do not need 4 players. I completed the goal with me and a friend, and we both got our packs.

Have you clicked the "Commendation Pack Help" link at the top?

ME3 has a few pros.....but no indication to whether or not you achieve....come on.....you guy keep dinkin with the gun stats cause little joey cries that gun is too powerful cause i dont have it. But yet a simple programming to show whether not you have or have not completed....geeez....Thank GOD in four days I wont have to deal with ME3 anymore....off to a better game.

Same here. I saw about 2-3 out of my 20ish games. I'd love to know how many people are playing the PC version of MP.

already my last EA/BW tentacle infested game for me, done with all the BS. enjoyng GW2 at the moment. I will only buy the next game from either of these companies, if it shows the EA HQ and BW HQ blow up in a nuclear blaze, i just might buy the game to see that.

I did the squad challenge 3 times and it said I failed ???? Any1 else have this issue??? I never fail a squad challenge especially wen it was that simple... Plz fix this bioware

same here... i solo'ed it and now the info page says i didn't fill the goal. wtf... i didn't use any comsumables and i finished the game successfully.

first time i had this. maybe this happened as i didn't receive the usual mission card popup?

If you did not receive your Commendation Pack from the Operation: Vigilance weekend event and you are absolutely positive that you AND all of your teammates (or just you solo) did not use a single Medi-Gel, Operations Pack, Cobra Missile or Thermal Clip throughout the an entire Mission through the start of Wave 11, and you were sure to have Game Feedback turned ON prior to your match(es) then go here - https://help.ea.com/contact-u

1.  Go to the EA Support Chat Page and type/select:

• 'Mass Effect 3' under 'Product
• 'Game Play / In Game' under 'Category'
• and your Platform type under 'Platform'

2.  After that, go to the bottom of the page and click on:

• 'Live Chat'

3.  A window will pop-up.  Make sure your pop-up blocker is disabled if you are running one.

4.  Tell them you didn't receive your pack.

5.  They will resolve your issue and award you your pack in less than a minute if you and your team truly did not use any consumables for 10 waves during the appropriate timeframe for the Operation.

6.  Enjoy.
If you cannot be hassled to spend 2 minutes doing this then you have absolutely zero right to be complaining about your Commendation Pack in any way whatsoever unless the game made your platform explode during the event.  Technology is not perfect, and I'm sure a script querying a database for IDs of or pushing them out to the receivers aborted prematurely or something similar.  Think about it - and this is purely hypothetical and I do not know any of the numbers - 1,000 people not receiving their packs, with 20% complaining on the forum and 5% bothering to do anything further is not going to help the 3 people at BioWare working on this while multitasking other projects in determining who the other 95% are.

I'm not only a once disgruntled, but now happy Commendation Pack receiver Club Member, I'm also the President.

Have any of you made sure your "Upload Gameplay Feedback" option was turned on in-game?

You can get to it on ME3 by going to: Options -> Online -> Upload Gameplay Feedback

If it's turned off, Bioware simply cannot find the game you supposedly completed to get the Commendation pack, and as a result, you will not be given one.

Hey. Where is my commendation pack? I make the personal goal for operation vigilance and I did not recieve my pack. I already make a "review ticket", I spend 48 hours and I recieve no answer.

same to me. feedbacks were on the whole weekend, sent a ticket and even ea-support did not answer yet... beside that yesterday i got disconnects on every game after reaching wave 10...im really pissed and origin keeps me frustrating...

Hmmm this is very odd.
I played a few games with my friends and achieved the individual/team goal in every one. My friends got their packs, but with less than 14hrs left on the clock I have still not received my Commendation pack.
I called the danish EA support (just as i did the last time i didn't get my packs), but they told me that they had lost their access to granting packs. So I had to go to BSN and from the top menu select "Games>Mass Effect 3>Commendation pack help" to get help there. Only problem is, that it says "There is currently no active operation", which is BS.

So what gives? The phone support told me to wait for the timer to run out, but I'm kinda doubting that will help.
