I`ve got the same problem. Sent a ticket, waited 48hrs and still no reply. Must people just carry on waiting?

Me too. I don't have my pack even with my ticket sent this saturday. I'm really sure I did the challenge right, even 2-3 times with some friends.

I qualified, but didn't get a pack. Clicked on Chris' link above for help if you didn't get one. It says 'Commendation Pack granting has expired for Operation Vigilance'. Timer above says 4 hours left to get them...?

Contact customer service using live chat. The one time I didn't get my pack, they helped me with very little hassle and I got my pack immediately.
