In the fade (sloth demon), when you get back Morrigan from the fake Flemeth, if you talk to Morrigan while in the same area, the conversation morrigan and flemeth spirit starts again, even after you killed the spirit.
She doesn't come back to life though, the spirit remains killed.
You can repeat this until you leave the area.

Just a little detail missed.
