Following the recent statements of the Alliance Command, announcing the failure of the Operation Vigilance, be advised that we have acquired intel that the operation was sabotaged at the highest ranks of the Alliance Command. As you probably suspect the operation's goal was never completing the given number of escort missions. Some high ranking officers provided false intelligence for the drone deployment strategy for most of the combat theatres. As a result, many of N7 troopers during the combat drops, weren't supplied with the drones at all, being forced to sacrifice their life for no reason. There is strong evidence that it was due to some of the highest N7 Operations Command Officers who may have fallen into Reaper Indoctrination, turning them into Reaper Agents. As of now they are being investigated and removed from ranks of the Alliance Command.
Therefore all troopers are strongly advised to proceed with extreme caution during the future operations. Report all suspected activity of your commanding officers. All information on the indoctrination process and it's results may be found in codex entries.

Following the latest results of conducted investigation of our Internal Intelligence operatives concerning the failure of Operation Vigilance and possible involvment of indoctrinated high ranking officers we encourage all Alliance forces to refrain themselves from using any N7 weapons. Our latest findings show that the arms may be constructed with the use of Reaper originated components, leading to slow but effective indoctrination of the user. Up to now our ranks suffered loss of many experienced operatives due to Reaper Indoctrination. They had to be retired permanently. Be advised also not to participate in the future operations unless they are certified by N7 Black Operations Command.
Below we present the latest Indoctrination Report from our Operative Epsilon330 cooperating with the Geth forces as immune to indoctrination:
ALLIED INDOCTRINATION EVALUATION COMPLETE
Behaviour of ranking personnel responsible for coordinating "VIGILANCE" is consistant with records of organic Old Machine indoctrination stored within our runtimes.
Likelihood of physical betrayal within 14 solar cycles: 78.9%
Recommend removal of affected personnel immediately. Further reinforcements from the Turian Hierarchy and Allied Geth Consensus may be required to continue valid operations.
- Geth Combat Platform 407-D "Platoon", currently serving as designated Combat Engineer for N7 Special Operations Squadron 509.
Analysis indicates that the use of Tech Program 7A during the course of "VIGILANCE" would have prevented indoctrinated officers from feeding misinformation and tactics to combatants via disruption of signal transmission, resulting in a theoretical efficiency increase of 83.47%
Evidently, the program was not utilised.
