Evidently, the program was not utilised.

I must say that I've never really listened to my employers, I just do what it takes to get the job done. But, if my so called commanders fail to give me the tools to do so something must be up.
I can count on one hand the amount of repair drones I saw during the Op. This was not a good sign.
I'd personally like to find the s.o.b. responcible and feed him to a brute.
