Just received an e-mail from EA Games in regards to a complimentary download for Mass Effect 3: The Final Hours. It gave me a product code to redeem, but I keep getting an error message stating the code is invalid - has anyone else got this message?

It might be in your spam folders or maybe you checked off the box allowing EA to email you? Anyhow I'll just wait a couple of hours before trying again.

OK, changed my email settings, looks like it got turned off for some reason. Probably too late now to get free Final Hours

Same issue here...quite annoying to be honest, you think that when a company sends out their codes so should they be valid.

Same here. I actually went to do what Origin client told me to do, and had some funny live chat with a game advisor. Made a topic about it just here too, with whole talk - http://social.biowar.../index/14082079 .
Advice to contact to e-mail address which i got the e-mail from is one really strange to me... I suspect it's a robot in there sending those e-mails, and i suspect replies to those automated messages are simply discarded. However, i sent reply, as adviced. If this would have any effect, which i really doubt, then i sure will let you guys know about it in this here topic.

Another thread suggests that the codes being sent out are for the iPad version of the program. Dunno why they'd do that, but that's apparently the word...

Better check my trash folder. I tend to toss out anything EA sends because it is always for some sports game. hehe Although, getting an error would just be annoying anyway.
Edit: Not gotten anything, aside from NFL game announcements... Guess the offer is random?

Oh, i actually got a reply to the e-mail i sent in response to e-mail with the code. It's automatic reply. Funny thing is, e-mail with the code which i got - was in russian, but this next one - the automatic - is in dozen languages BUT russian. This is hillarious to me, and worth a forum post.
Quote both my message in reply to initial one and automatic response i got:
