The code for the Final Hours was sent to all customers who bought ME3 from Origin directly. If you purchased it from a different retailer, you do not get The Final Hours for free. It is a thank you to Origin customers.

There were some incorrect instructions in the initial send out (that has been since fixed). Here are the proper instructions for redeeming the Mass Effect: The Final Hours codes:

1.    Go to http://store.origin.com/
2.    Add The Final Hours of Mass Effect 3 to your cart
3.    Enter your coupon code into the “Promo Code” field and click “Apply”
4.    Complete checkout

Cant find it on the Origin store via webpage or the program. Is this for US only or something?
I am forced to use the Swedish version by the way. And yes I have bought ME3 via Steam.

Same issue, the item likely isn't on the Origin store outside the US. So apparently its just for them?

Lucky UK... I cant find it when I search for it, or look for addons/DLC from the game directly or anything... Its like the item doesn't exist on the Swedish version of Origin.

I had origin client open and went to store tab, searched for final hours -> buy ->insert promo code->buy for free->Final hours added to games list.

It is not in ME3 DLC list people but in the store!

Gandalug: Cant find it in my Origin store, neither via the webpage or the one via the Origin program. So it isn't just to "search better" I have searched the entire page both by using the search field and manually trying to find my way to final hours.

I bought ME3 via Origin and didn't get any email, there's also no Final Hours in the store. Is this somehow region-related promotion?

Got it sorted in the U.K.

Would of been better if I could of redeemed it as a product code as stated or even had it added to my Bioware account here rather than it come in the form of a discount code.

Hopefully Origin will use this feedback to improve.

I've never heard of it, and don't have a spam filter. Is it for real? Lots of phishing scams out there.

It is for real but evidently only for the selected few who got the email and live in US/UK.
