Yes. Once we noticed the issue woth wording they stopped sending them till the issue is fixed. They are still coming later once it is corrected.

From what I heard, the video isn't that exciting. Some people said it actually shows how the ending was rushed. Anyway, I wouldn't be surprised if it was uploaded on YouTube. (I haven't searched for it, though.)

Sorry, the wording was incorrect in the initial offer message (we are working to fix this, sorry for the confusion).

You SHOULD "buy" this item through the normal store purchase proceedure and use your code as a promo code. This will zero out the cost and you can process the order without being charged anything.

Did what was said and worked just fine, just had to leave it to download now.

There were some incorrect instructions in the initial send out (that has been since fixed). Here are the proper instructions for redeeming the Mass Effect: The Final Hours codes:

1.    Go to http://store.origin.com/
2.    Add The Final Hours of Mass Effect 3 to your cart
3.    Enter your coupon code into the “Promo Code” field and click “Apply”
4.    Complete checkout

I too and my Boyfriend (checked both our emails for our accounts) did not receive origin codes either.

Ok, Chris.. two things... I'm from Sweden and get a swedish Origin store... it's not there. Searching for it produces nothing either (but being Swedish I am used to being left out on all sorts of offers etc..)

Secondly (and far more importantly) why this mess? EA have my account already, they know what I purchased, just put it into my account already.

How hard does this need to be? Why inventing troublesome ways of doing things?

I too definitely ordered Mass Effect 3 through origin, (Pre-ordered, actually, I've still got the email receipt) and I have not received any origin related e-mails since I bought points for Leviathan 2 weeks ago, let alone a code for ME: Final Hours.
Hope it can get sorted out.

EDIT: I should note, I am in the states...

Its the same in Denmark no Final Hour even though I got the email.

You can download through Origin client as well:

Open Origin Client
Go to Store
In the Search box enter ''The Final''
Click on pop up icon
Enter your code during one of the next steps

It works for me in UK.

I bought the Collectors Edition of Mass Effect 3 PC from Amazon, not directly from Origin, and I got sent a code for the Final Hours.

Edit: I'm in the UK.

 Okay I'm really worried about how accurate this is going to be when very near the start is says that "Mass Effect 3 is the third and final installment in a trilogy of Science-Fiction games about human Vigilante Commander Shepard."

Since when in the games was Shepard considered a vigilante? Are Spectres, who act with the authority of the Council, really considered vigilantes?

Heh, when I tried to pre-order ME3 in Origin in January, it could not process my payment - bank told me that reservation message (to take money for purchase from credit card account) was received, but no transfer confirmation was sent to my bank (to transfer reserved amount from my bank to EA). Took me like a week of writing papers to cancel reservation and get my money back.

So I went to local store and bought game on DVD in March to avoid this problem, and three days later I was finally able to purchase points on origin after contacting support guys - apparently, EA fixed payment system somewhere in February.

Um, I did?  I bought it from Amazon.co.uk, still got sent a code

(though Origin wants my credit card details even though I'm not paying any money so I won't bother with it)

There seems to be no "Final Hours" at all in the Swedish Origin Store, isn't i available here yet?

I bought it off origin, yet I did not recieve a code?
I still have the receipt.
