I don't want to be like this but seriously! This is f*cking bull****.. Why the long procedure with emails and codes? You have my account information, you know what I've bought, hell you even know my name, age, where I live and my credit card number! Why not just add it to the add-ons list?

I'm getting so sick of us Swedes being discriminated..

I don't know if this is me just misunderstanding you but its not listed as an addon (as in under the right-click "Shop for Add-ons" option) its listed the same way as a different game.

So, for the few of you who actually got a code, what does using it get you?

I live in norway to. US proxy worked fine. Just find a free one on the net and go to www.origin.com and search for the final hours. Remember to change your EA/Origin password before you do this, cause some proxys maybe shady

If you use bad proxy your password may be stolen. :(
Chance of password loss decreases if you disable proxy and change your password by ORIGIN immediately after purchasing.

What exactly are we supposed to do with the code we get, if Final Hours doesn't appear in the Origin store once we're actually logged in?

The Final Hours code is a reward from Origin for people who bought Mass Effect 3 through Origin. It is a nice bonus for people who supported the Origin system. :)

i bought, and pre-ordered through Origin and I've got nothing, who do I talk to about this.

From my trials and errors it only looks like Americans can obtain the product, after changing my proxy and using IP altering programs i managed to use an American IP and then i managed to obtain the product.

I'm in the UK and got it fine. Even though I bought the game from Amazon.

The code for the Final Hours was sent to all customers who bought ME3 from Origin directly. If you purchased it from a different retailer, you do not get The Final Hours for free. It is a thank you to Origin customers. :)

I would be perfectly fine with this if retail copies of ME3 didn't have to use Origin, but yet they still do. So why shouldn't people who bought the game on retail get a code.

Personally I really don't care about the final hours thing, but really in the future if you plan to do things like this either allow the same bonuses for retail versions or let retail purchases have the option not to use Origin.

Hello Liron,

Thank you for writing to Electronic Arts again.

I understand that you did not get the free code for "mass effect final hours" and you faced a bug. Please know that our game development team always tries their best to make the game more interesting and user friendly.

However, you may also post your comments on our official forums, as these are regularly monitored by our game developers and is the fastest way of communicating an issue/suggestion to the game developers. You can reach the main forums web site for EA games at

http://social.biowar.../1/subindex/102

We explore all the possibilities in doing so. However, we apologize for the disappointment.

Regards,

I haven't recieved a code. Was this offer only available to people who purchased at full price through Origin? Because I bought mine as part of a discounted sale.

Edit: Is 'through EA' understood to be the same thing as through Origin? Because if "through Origin" means you had to have Origin installed first, went through the store in the actual application, and bought it then I have a feeling that would disqualify a lot of people wondering why they didn't recieve anything. I bought mine through the Mass Effect/EA website. Do I qualify?

Well, at least checking my email made me realize I'm a good month and a half behind on 3 courses. HA, HOW'S THAT FOR PROCRASTINATION?! I DARE YOU TO BEAT ME, BSN.

some ppl here wrote they got the retail copy and just DLCs from origin and they got it so if we got any dlc we should have got it as well... at least.
But we got both game and Dlcs from origin so where is the code?
