ME3: the final hours problem, and language problem. Please, help.

I am trying to get Mass Effect 3: the Final Hours downloadable content for free - got e-mail today, from ea.com, with the code to get it for free, but Origin client says the code is wrong when i try to enter it where i am supposed to enter it.

I am also trying to get my Mass Effect 3 to be in english language (without success so far; physically i am in Russia, and that's the problem). I understand russian, but translation is tremendously poor. It melts my brain to read some parts of it, _especially_ in single-player campaign. Dialogs is not the problem, as they are still in english, and - thankfully, - subtitles are only optional feature. But all the texts in menus, galaxy map, skills descriptions, all the text lore of the game - i.e. all "text only" information in the game, - is a big part of the game, for me; and in russian, it's just simply ugly overall. No less.

I just had some live chat with Origin adviser. He was unable to help me. I would like to post whole talk i had with him in this forum, in hope that someone will be able to advice me on either, or both, problems i have.

In case this somehow violates some rules i was not aware about, - there are so many rules nowadays, hard to know them all, - i encourage and ask moderators to alter this post as they see fit, be it any edit they do, or removal, or anything else. I sure respect this place, but my options run short. Tried all i could before posting in here. This forum is quite possibly my last hope to solve problems i have with ME3...

And also, that talk i had in Origin live chat - is quite entertaining, too. Probably will make people smile about both me and the guy from Origin support... I don't mind. :)

So, assuming e-mail from EA-Russia@em.ea.com is legit, problem is: it says i can get "final hours" content for free, and instructs to go into Origin, and enter <censored_due_to_public_posting> code. Which i did. Twice. Origin said to it, both times, that code is incorrect. Then i clicked "help". Then i was adviced to contact adviser with with this code.

you:Today, i got an e-mail message from ea.com, and it says i can get "final hours" downloadable content for Mass Effect 3 game,

you:for free. To do so, message says to launch Origin, and enter this code into Origin "redeem product code" submenu: <censored_due_to_public_posting> . I did enter it, twice. It does not work. It says the code is wrong. I was adviced to contact game adviser to resolve this problem.
you:I got the game online, from ea.com site if i remember corrctly.
Prashant:May I know from where you have received that free code?
you:If you would read 3 my previous messages, then you will know from where i got that code. If you can read in english, that is.

you:Oh and by the way, game language can be changed. I am well aware about existance of multi-lingual versions of Mass Effect 3. Not in Russia, not officially, but fact is, such versions do exist.

Prashant:As Origin is region specific so you won't be able to purchase English version of game in Russia.

Wow.. EA Community support is truly a joy, been there with BF2142 years ago. Your english however is really good and you really shouldn't pardon for that, definitely better than mine! Anyhow, I too got that message, got another one today that corrected something I'm not aware of.. The new instructions said that I should add Final hours to my cart in the Origin store and then add the code. Final hour isn't available however in the Swedish version of the store. I seriously can't find it anywhere!!
Hope you have better luck though
