I have ME3 for my PS3 but thought I would get it for my PC so I could play all three games and carry along the same Shepard from beginning to end.  But I've had no end of trouble with this game.  I've been trying to download some of the new content and can do all the free stuff but not the stuff I have to pay for....go figure that one out.  Every time I try to them I get a message saying the server is busy and try again...I've been trying for 3 days now...come no one is that busy!  Also I have yet finished a Multiplayer game as at some point during the game it freezes goes black and I get the message that Mass Effect 3 is not responding.  Twice this happened at extraction....!!  Any helpful ideas on how to fix this...oh and my Shepards face often shows up as being totally blacked out, its rather scary looking.
Any help on how I can fix some of this would be great.  Rather disapointed that I'm having so many issues after minor ones with the first two games.
